HR Advisor

The main responsibilities of the HR Assistant are to support the HR team, to offer support for employees, provide additional generalist HR expertise and support our London office

Responsibilities:
  • Providing support and advice on HR queries and issues
  • Create new employees’ physicals and electronics files
  • Update the employees’ existing files
  • Data validation on the HRIS
  • Sending out welcome packs
  • Assist the employees to complete documents such as tax, insurances, etc.
  • Provide support for onboarding and the integration of newly hired employees 
  • Maintaining employee records
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with management and artists.
  • Recruitment co-ordination; posting job adverts, shortlisting candidates, booking interviews, greeting candidates
  • Help to organize and coordinate different events 
  • Annual performance & salary review process
  • Monitoring holidays, absence and lieu time
  • Production of HR related documents
  • Maintaining the HR database.
  • Managing ad-hoc people issues
Essential Skills:
  • Strong admin skills
  • Work experience in a Human resources department
  • Good sense of autonomy
  • Strong ethics and respect of confidentiality
  • Excellent communication skills both written and spoken
  • Flexible attitude in order to achieve results
  • Deep understanding of all HR documentation
  • Good general IT skills, knowledge of MS Office packages
  • Proactive in problem solving
Additional Skills:
  • Good knowledge of local laws and legislation
  • Experience of working within a creative industry
  • Academic training in Human Resource
  • Previous experience in managing the immigration process
