Responsibilities:

• Ensuring the artists understand their schedule of work
• Relaying information back to the production and supervision team
• Coordinating the flow of information and elements between artists and departments
• Organize dailies, rounds and meetings, taking notes and following up on information
• Maintaining databases with current element and shot statuses
• Manage resources and communicate coherently with other departments
• Help to maintain a positive, upbeat and professional production office
• Oversee the execution of client deliveries of all temps and finals

Essential Skills:

• Proven production experience on Feature Film or TV productions
• Highly organised
• Ability to prioritize conflicting tasks
• Experience of meeting deadlines and adapting to changing timelines
• Good Understanding of the VFX Feature Film production pipeline
• Experience co-ordinating and running dailies
• Knowledge of MS Office packages
• Experience in working with databases

Additional Skills:

• Experience working with Shotgun software
• Knowledge of FTP software
• HTML / Wiki skills
• Knowledge of Filemaker
